We like working together as a mom & daughter couple because we can trust each other as a team of two with any kind of task. While this special situation obviously takes time to get use to, it is so much easier to get along with my mom than any other colleague I would have.
We can talk honestly and share the tasks based on our strengths. We will probably talk about this work experience for years to come and laugh about our sunny days in Italy
